Who We Are

We're a family run, wholesale bakery supply that's been around since 1949. The fourth generation of Fischer's continue to expand the products we carry and services we offer. We make our own fillings and flavors, these are prepared under our Baker's Choice Brand label. Look for the baker on your fillings and flavors to make sure it's a Baker's Choice product made in Northeast Minneapolis and delivered to surrounding states.

What We Do

Here at Fischer's we supply bakeries, restaurants, and candy shops with ingredients and supplies. We deliver to MN, WI, IA, SD and ND. We can also co-pack your recipe to save you time. Or if you have a product that's ready for sale in stores, let us make it and package it for you so you have one less thing to think about. We are also certified organic, and can make your recipe organic and ready to sell in stores.

Where We're Located

Fischer's United Supply is a local company, in historic Northeast Minneapolis. Our office hours are 7:00 to 4:30 and our shipping and receiving hours are 7:00 to 3:00. Shipping and receiving is run on a first come, first served basis. We're on the corner of 13th Ave NE and Main Street NE, our address is:
